Situated in Alpine Mountain Ranch, this home blends modern urban vibes with panoramic mountain views. The clients, whose primary residence is in Chicago, value clean lines without unnecessary clutter. Our design focus was on careful detailing with textural layers and thoughtfully expressed materials. The volume of the main living space took special consideration. By adding full height millwork in the kitchen, statement lighting, and a modern wood ceiling detail, it remains grand but also has a human scale.
